W23: Pastoral quality
How do we ensure more quality in pastoral care? Demands on pastoral work are ever-increasing. There is more than enough work. So: should we laboriously produce paper tigers for quality management that nobody reads anyway? But working on quality does not have to look like this! In this workshop, you will learn and try out how you can make a big leap towards effective quality development with just three simple tools.
Björn Szymanowski
Björn Szymanowski (*1991) is a pastoral theologian at the Ruhr University Bochum. His research topics include church membership, pastoral quality and church leadership. In his function as head of the competence centre “Leadership in Church and Church Institutions” at the Centre for Applied Pastoral Research (zap), he is responsible for cooperation projects with diocesan and supra-diocesan partners around questions of strategic Church development.
